The hotel was wonderful and the staff efficient, ABSOLUTELY PERFECT location to most attractions where I liked to visit. Location: the venue was near harbor and art district as well as Shitzuwan mrt and Dream mall. Had nice dainties at Now And Then by Nybc, located close to the hotel.

The location was stunning, a couple of blocks away from Art Center. It was also just next door to restaurant, Pier 2 Art Center and pier.

The location was great and brilliant, just a short stroll away from a railway museum. It was not far from the subway station, pier, and art center within a 5-minute walk. - Close to the old downtown and port.

The property is clean and the staff is really helpful. the location is exceptionally nice and the free breakfast offers a variety of Western-style food options as well as the same items every day. the room is large, perfect, and the beds are comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The location by the sea was fantastic, right in the famous Pier 2 Art Centre area where there are hip art galleries and food locations to explore. The rooms were spacious, soundproofed and had air conditioning, free toiletries, and tea and coffee facilities. We loved the dining bar/ lounge area, where we enjoyed a relaxing evening. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, and the tours/ticket assistance was an added bonus. It was definitely worth the price.

This hotel enjoys a great location near the main shopping areas and is within walking distance of various attractions. the room is comfortable and spacious, with a modern bathroom and excellent amenities. the staff is very accommodating and always willing to assist with queries or requests. the breakfast is varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Leisure facilities such as the pool and gym are superbly maintained and offer an excellent way to unwind after a long day.

Some areas of the hotel are noisy due to a high number of tour groups, which can disrupt the peaceful atmosphere.

The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we found the room to be quite spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the location near the MRT train station made it easy for us to get around and explore the city at our leisure. The staff were also friendly and helpful with any inquiries we had.

I had a great stay at this hotel near the famous Pier 2 Art Centre. The location is fantastic, with the hotel situated in an artistic area by the sea. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice viewable balcony. I particularly loved the three double size beds, perfect for a group stay. The attention to detail was evident, with a quite big balcony with view. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the amenities provided, such as the basic amenities and the rooms with harbour view.

That breakfast was not included with my rate, and it could have offered more food of western style.
